The target group was mentors, i. e. teachers guiding and supervising will-be-teachers or novice-teachers, with professional and personal experience, but also school head teachers. In Eger, at the dissemination event, they focused on lower and upper-secondary school teachers. School head teachers, mainly from Hungary, had a fruitful discussion within the whole group.

9.30 - 11.00 Workshop 1 - Testing mentor training materials (intellectual outputs O1 and O2):

At the end of the event, the participants received Certificates and some gifts (book vouchers and a Hungarian version of the Mentor training textbook, pen, notebook) and of course a hot lunch.
The feedback from interviews and questionnaires will be used as inspiration for future re-editions of the training materials and for CPD courses on mentor training.
