The second Transnational Project Meeting was fully held online. It was organized by University of Novi Sad, Serbia.

Ad 1) Welcome

The meeting was held online due to the pandemic. UNS team has prepared the presentation about their city so that meeting participants had idea about Novi Sad and the University (what they missed due to having to participate online).
Then the meeting organizer made the participants aware about the program.

Ad 2) Presentation about the development and design of O1 output Modular curriculum for mentor teachers training program by its lead partner - UJS.

The output was produced on the basis of questionnaire survey among mentors and suggestions from partners. The output is currently in three language versions - English, Slovak and Hungarian, its translation into Serbian and Czech will be done by NSU and VSE partners.
Deadline for sending translation to project coordinator - end of April 2021.

Discussion:

Ad 3) Presentation of Mentor Training Material Design and distribution of tasks for O2 - OSU.

Methodology of training material development and design was presented by the lead partner of the output - OSU. Structure of each module and its subtopics as well as tasks was suggested and discussed (see ppt presentation).
Each partner is responsible for the development of one module in English (as stated above). All partners will deliver their modules to lead partner by the end of June 2021 (latest).
Each partner will contribute to the development of activities for each module with at least one task/activity, if possible even more of them. Designed activities for each module will be collected in each national team and sent in one e-mail to identified person (for the relevant module) by the end of May 2021(latest).
The pre-final training materials will be presented and discussed during the third TPM in Prague in September 2021. The lead partner will send them to each partner by the end of August 2021 (to make them aware about the pre-final output O2.

Ad 4) Interim Reports

The project coordinator thanked all the project partners for delivery of their interim reports. All of them briefly described administrative work which should have been done in the phase of launching the project, duties connected with the first TPM in Nitra and their work connected with the design of the output O1.
As to financial reports, not all the project members completed this task as required, but the project coordinator has already guided them how to improve the submitted timesheets and how much they can spent on managerial activities.
The deadline for the delivery of improved timesheet scans to the coordinator - end of April 2021.

Ad 5) Monitoring findings

Monitoring team has carried out two questionnaire surveys of the project activities, the data analysis from which was presented by the chair of the Monitoring team - prof. Malá.
