The three-day transnational project meeting of the representatives of the project partners started with joint consultations related to vital issues of running the project by project partners with the project coordinator. The focus of the first day of the meeting was on mutual informing partners about the development of CPD courses for mentors and issues related to their accreditation. During the presentations and discussion it was found out, that 4 of the partners have already accredited the designed courses and 2 of them - the Czech partners (OU and VSE) have developed the courses and are ready to submit them for accreditation, but due to the reform of legislation related to continuous professional development of teachers they could not get the courses accredited as they are waiting for new legislation. The other issue discussed in the first day of the meeting was updating the conference program and its course by determining chairs for each part of the conference and discussing the meeting participants. On the second day, the conference “Mentoring in pedagogical theory and practice: strategies - innovations - applications” was held. The conference was divided into two panels where guests, project representatives and teachers had presentations. During the conference, a round table “Current issues of mentoring and training of mentors” was also organized; after which a summary of findings from the conference was done. The third day of the meeting focused on the preparation of materials for the final project report, i. e. texts and necessary documents were reminded to the partners and the allocation of tasks among the partners was identified, the project budget spending and its economic use, project expenses were discussed. Many issues were clarified. It was noted that the project is in line with the schedule and has been progressing successfully.
