this stage of the project) developed for the further education and training of mentor-teachers (O2 project
output).
The two-day meeting of the project participants was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Finance and
Accounting, Doc. Ing. Ladislav Mejzlik, PhD., and Vice-Rector of UKF in Nitra, PhDr. Martina Pavlíková, Ph.D.

Presentations and discussion
- Responsible for individual modules were: 1 Prague, 2 Ostrava, 3 Nitra, 4 Novi Sad, 5 Eger, 6 Komárno. During
the meeting, however, the partners agreed on a different arrangement of modules in the prepared textbook.
- Deadlines were demanding, but they had to be adhered to so as not to disrupt the overall sequence of project
activities.
- The instructions for writing the modules were written clearly and comprehensibly, but not all the authors of
the modules followed them strictly.
- Each partner (module author) should consider the comments received from other project partners, but the
final decision depends on him (what he accepts and what he does not).
- The final text of the module in English should be viewed / corrected by a native speaker; each partner is
responsible for the quality of their text and its correct formatting.
- After the final proofreading of the materials in English, these materials can be used to disseminate the
project outputs.
- Subsequently, the materials will be translated into national languages, published in printed form and
displayed on the project website
- Translations of materials from English into national languages will be done by the individual partners as
follows:
- into Czech: Prague (as the responsible partner for their publication) in cooperation with Ostrava
- into Slovak: Nitra (as the responsible partner for their publication) in cooperation with Komárno
- to Serbian: Novi Sad (responsible for both, translation and publishing)
- in Hungarian: Eger (as the responsible partner for their publication) in cooperation with Komárno
Budget and interim reports
The project coordinator thanked all project partners for delivering the interim reports. In their reports, all
partners briefly described the administrative and professional work related to the preparation of O2's output in
English, which was carried out during the challenging period after the second project meeting (April-September
2021). With regard to financial reports, not all project partners provided this report and performed this task as
needed, but the project coordinator instructed them on how to improve the reports submitted and how much money
they could spend on each budget line.
Lessons learned from monitoring activities
The monitoring team conducted two questionnaire surveys of project activities, the analysis of which was submitted
by the chairwoman of the Monitoring Team, prof. Eva Malá.
